I’ll be doing my first of three workshops at the Textile Museum on Thursday afternoon.
Come and make your own personalized fabric patch! Bring an article of clothing or accessory (e.g jacket, jeans, hat, bag, or even a book) that you’d like to customize. At the end of the afternoon, you will have a patch to take away with you, and you’ll have the know-how to continue making them on your own. We will be sketching, painting and/or hand-sewing, and attaching the patch with an iron and/or thread.
All skill levels are welcome – no prior experience necessary. Youth participants require adult supervision as we will be using needles and irons.
All materials are provided. Class size is limited; registration is required.
