CROUCHING TIGER SPACESUIT
& FREE RIDE
Personal protective equipment for navigating unknown situations and hostile environments. Porous membranes allow selective passage of what goes in and out – e.g. Goretex repels rain and allows sweat to escape. The fabric of Crouching Tiger spacesuit allows the release of anger and frustration while retaining hope.
Hurricane Teddy in 2020 was a relatively minor nuisance for most of the city, but it snapped a large branch from the chestnut tree in front of our place which knocked out our power for several hours. I saved the branch, and used part of it for the wheels of Free Ride.
