COMMUNICATION BLOCKS

COMMUNICATION BLOCKS

Communication Blocks play with the interruption of an agreed system of communication.
The English alphabet is converted from 26 letters to binary code and then re-coded to 5 colours. The colour palette shifts to interpret emotion or offer a tone of voice for each message.
Made of handpainted wood, Communication Blocks are a visual language which needs to be deciphered, as does Braille (tactile), Morse Code (aural), semaphors (visual), and any other foreign languages you do not yet understand.
